If the options you are looking for are not available, or if you do not have a print ready file and you need us to provide design services, please use the Custom Printing Quote in the main navigation menu above. Be sure to include your logo and text required as well as any other details desired.

Production Times:

Order and submit artwork before 12 pm PST are produced in 2-3 business days. Order after 12 pm add 1 business day.
Orders over 100 qty require 2 extra business days.

File Setup

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 300MB
• Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double sided products will be uploaded as two spearate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
  
  

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available
  
  

Note: Gallery Wrap 1.5” with “fold” edge option require 1.75” bleed on each side.
Example: Submit 15.5” x 15.5” artwork for 12” x 12” Gallery Canvas Wrap (1.5”).
